Day Trip to the Titanic Museum
Another great day out for the Shedders — this time to the Titanic Museum in Belfast, and it did not disappoint. We were joined by wives, partners, and friends from the community, turning it into a lovely mixed group with plenty of laughter from the moment we arrived.
The museum itself was outstanding. From the shipyard stories to the full sensory experience of the build and launch, the lads were completely absorbed. A few even claimed they could have welded the hull better themselves — purely hypothetical, of course.
After exploring all the exhibits (and one or two gift shops), we rounded off the day with food, tea, and a good chat. The craic was flowing as usual, and it was one of those outings where everyone just relaxed and enjoyed being together.
All told, it was an excellent day out, full of history, companionship, and plenty of smiles.
Roll on the next adventure — the Shedders are ready..
